We want to be clear that Jongis EHR Mobile does not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) from end-users of the mobile application.
User accounts for this application are created and managed exclusively by a designated administrator within your organization. We do not provide a feature for end-users to register for an account directly through the app. The personal information required to create a user account, such as your name and email address, is provided to us by your organization's administrator. We do not collect this information directly from you.
Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.
Application Permissions. If you use our application(s), we also may need to provide us with access or permission:
Such information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our application(s), and is used only locally on your device for that particular app instance. We do not collect or store such device data.

In the context of the services provided through this app, our customer is the entity (e.g., your employer) that has contracted with us. Any personal information associated with your user account is processed by us on behalf of our customer. Our data processing activities are governed by our agreement with that customer. any information related to our users to any third parties.
Our policy is to not collect personally
identifiable information from the application's end-users; accordingly, we possess no such information
to disclose. The credentials (email and password) you use for logging in are used exclusively for
authentication and are never shared with any outside entity.
